Sunset of Shadows

Another image created using Bryce 5.5. This image I created a sunset which shadowed everything in the picture. The outline of the island and Palm trees can be seen in the picture. It’s relaxing to see the sunset go down over the small island. This image is simple and representative. It’s another project I really like.

Island of the Lost

This is another one of my favorite landscapes. This image however was created with Bryce 5.5. As you can see there is an island, a few trees, rocks, sunset and calm water. I wanted to produce an image which was relaxing but mysterious because of the small stone hut on the island. It makes you wonder what the island is about, who lived there and how did it come to be. That’s what I wanted to capture in the viewers mind. This is my largest project so far, it took many hours slaving away at the computer. Getting the picture perfect was difficult by interesting. There is a lot more I could do to make this picture was interesting and detailed. I’m very proud of this image.

Day of the mushroom

The image is very close to the one bellow however I added a sky instead of a nightscape and also added a rock to show how small the mushrooms are. The clouds were created with stamps in Ulead Photo Impact 6. I think this is one of my great achievements so far.

Night of the mushrooms

A simple landscape created by me using Blender, it’s my first attempt in creating a landscape. I created several mushrooms then textured them with Ulead Photo Impact 6. The grass was created by using the static tool in Blender and then it was textured with a real image of grass.
The image represents a small world in a large place; you feel very small in this image.
Created using Blender 2.45

Mushroom

This mushroom is a warm up for the next 2 images I will be creating. I used a simple spinning technique then textured the image. Not a lot of detail can be seen in this image because it’s only a practice but I soon hope to produce more detail. Created with Blender 2.45

Broken chess

The broken chess piece shows 6 pawns and a broken chess falling through a dark space. I created this image to practice the spinning technique. Depth can also be seen in the image because many of the pawns are different sizes.
Created using Blender 2.45

Blood apple

Was created by me using Blender 2.45. The image represents an apple which covered in a red shadow. Blood apple was created with in 3 hours. To achieve the shape of the apple I used a technique called spinning. I draw the outline of an apple then spin the outline 360 deg which creates the apple shape.
